Erin & Chris had the most perfect almost-spring day for their wedding. Erin told me that they had almost chosen a date a couple of weeks earlier and if they had they would have been soaked in rain or stuck inside. Well, sometimes change is for the best, and the day turned out to be gorgeous; not too warm and not too cold, and a nice soft light from the early March skies.
I did Erin and Chris' engagement photos a couple of months ago. They are truly a sweet and considerate couple, and super fun to be around! You can see from their wedding day that they are surrounded by a warm group of friends and family who love them dearly.
We captured the golden hour right on time for portraits with the couple. They were just glowing anyway.
Oh, and then these shots happened, just as the last hint of sunlight was about to go down.
I love the combination of navy blue accented with white and silver that Erin chose.
I was a little jealous of Erin & Chris' honeymoon in Hawaii, thinking back to that time that Shannon and I eloped to Maui. But I'm so happy for these two and wish them many more years of love and laughter together!
